Contest $40 Banner Design Contest

I need a banner made for our new vacation rental site. The banner is to entice home owners to list their vacation rental property with us. There is no charge for listing their property on our site where most sites like this charge from $200-$400 per year.

http://184.173.29.33/~rentcozu/ will give you the look and colors of the site. The site name is Rent Cozumel. The banner will be placed where the water banner is now showing.

What we want to feature is the FREE part.

The top one is the best of the 2. Neither one are the right size. Banner size - 300x250 I don't think it needs the logo screen. Maybe put in a bullet points screen...4 lines of text...first one shows.....second one shows under first.......third ones shows under first 2...... 4th one shows under first 3. Text screens to say Specific to Cozumel ........... Local Location Manager ............ Social Media Marketing ................. Promote Special Deals

Here's my entry....actually I made two entries, because there's 2 banners. Each banner is 300x250. Feedback appreciated!
