mixed with channels of a few of my other websites, the overall ctr drops down to 10-50%. but the dishonest website channell by itself averaged 80-100% But im done with the dishonest site and focused on earning an honest income. the web is always changing and thats what i like about it, the "Big Boys" that made it big 5 years ago need to keep up as new players and ideas change the way we "domainers/developers" work and earn.
MFA sites are not against the TOS but I would worry about the 99% CTR that could draw attention and have your site analyzed
I used to take months to create some site that earns me $2 a day. Require hundreds of hours to make and take care. I got about 1000 unique visitors , 20000 impression(avg) and about 60 clicks daily. earned $2 (Hey i didn't tell my CTR, I just average it) Then I created another site in 2 HOURS !! Not MFA. It's now about 2 month ago and i earned $160 so far. about 400 unique visitors daily, 800 imp and about 30 clicks. earns me avg $3 daily
http://seo.blorc.com/adsense/made-for-adsense-mfa-sites/ is an example of one type of them I am downloading an automotive MFA site and will upload it on my server so you guys can take a look EDIT: Check it out - www.rapidshareforums.com/mfa/ I have only uploaded the index and the other files required (the ads, search, amazon etc.) and I didn't put my adsense in, I dunno who's it is
http://9topsites.com http://5toppers.com http://top7results.com http://10-bestsites.com http://8-top-sites.com http://8-topsites.com it is usually when you find adsense any where you go and not much content (sometimes none) they have things in common like having same favicon and mostly having "topsites" or "bestsites" in domain name
Interesting post. But you never answered the question (asked mult times) of how you drove traffic to the site. Is there some reason why you are avoiding this question?
I think where you went wrong is when you bought a domain name for more than 10$. Quoting blackhawk from syndk8.net: I was told by someone I trust that since google are now a registrar themselves, they get to see who really owns all privately registered domains. Of course I may be wrong. I thought I was wrong on one occasion a long time ago but I was mistaken http://www.syndk8.net/forum/index.php/topic,3673.msg31228.html#msg31228 So based on google's patent on historical data, you probably lost the sites ranking when google saw the domain changing hands. Here's a post about a funny MFA site: http://isnoop.net/blog/2006/08/08/hey-i-said-dont-click-my-ads/
