Contest $40 920x120 Simple Banner and 120x120 Logo Competion

I need a professiona looking 920x120px banner for my site http://www.planetofkaraoke.com/.
It must suit existing design of pages.
I also need logo 120*120 it can be only cutted part of designed banner.

Banner must contain title
Planet of Karaoke

Now it contains 2 lines but I want to change it that means main title (Planet of Karaoke) will be graphics and second line will be as h1 html element

The competion will last for 10 days and after that I will pay to winner $40 on his PayPal account.

 

10 days is a lot for these 2 ...i would recommend 2 days max for these
and reserve my place for my try willpost it tomorrow

Good idea with microphone and earth but I prefer something with web2.0 mirroring effect.

Font looks also crazy.

And sides looks empty

Nice graphics. I like it, especially pattern of title characters.
Only title is not good visible. It is possible to try to fill background of characters with some light color (light yellow for example, or you can choose which will best suits) for better contrast?

And can you also show me some logo design?

Very nice entries

the vorseraider - no remarks
manhal - very nice logo, but I am not sure it will be good in 120*120 size, but as banner it is excellent
tatar - Also very nice. Only one remark, I don't want to have photos in the banner, and I am not sure with background color, it must suits to pages

On wednesday I will make decison, who will win contest.
I am satisfied, because you did nice work and I am sure that I have to choose from.

 

Tomorrow I will finish contest as I promised.
To this day I have only 2 valid designs
From Manhal and Vorseraider

Other posts don't contain logo and banner.
If somebody else want to be winner of $40, he has last chance and last 24 hours to do it.
