    CONTEST DEADLINE EXTENDED UNTIL SUNDAY EVENING 7 PM

    I need a new logo and header for a client. He owns a carpet cleaning business and has a website, but I am building him a new one. The header needs to be 960 x 282. Winner of the contest will be paid via Paypal immediately after the contest winner is announced. Once you receive payment, please deliver the header and logo to me in various formats.

    I need the logo in the header AND separate from the header so that it can be potentially used on print materials, vehicle wraps, etc, etc.

    The name of his business is: A Personal Touch Floor & Upholstery Care

    Slogan: The Difference is In the Detail

    Colors:
    • Primary Color - Purple
    • Secondary Colors: Choose from White, Grey, Silver and Black. We think maybe 2 secondary colors.
    I'm looking forward to seeing what unique ideas you may have. I will leave it up to you guys and gals. You're the best and are always so creative.

    Contest ends Saturday April 26th, 2014 at 7 pm EST. Winner announced no later than Sunday 12 Noon, EST.

    Not crazy about the purple carpet. I do like the white font. It gives it some contrast against that background. Keep in mind that this is primarily a carpet cleaning business even though carpet cleaning is not in the name. Carpet cleaning is included in floor care. The logo has vacuum in it. The logo itself doesn't have to have any type of cleaning equipment in it, although it could. Just a text logo might be OK, if it's done well.

    Not bad, but that shade of grey is a little too dark for my taste.

    I like the wave effect you used. Not too crazy about the color combination. I like blue, but not with the purple in this case. Would like to see the text more bold. I want it to stand out. Thanks!

    I like your logo, and the light grey background. However, they don't do much hardwood floor care. It's mostly carpet and tile. If there is going to be an image, would rather see an image of carpet or a carpet cleaner at work in the photo.

    Attention everyone....FYI....the primary business is carpet cleaning. They use the wet extraction method, better known as "steam cleaning". If anyone plans to use any photos in the header of a carpet cleaner working, please keep this in mind.

    In this case, the gold in the header is not bad. I would like to see the slogan, phone #, and email address in a different font that stands out a little more. Thanks!

    Hmmm....Not bad. In the top purple image, that is a vacuum cleaner head. It needs to be a professional carpet cleaner's wand head. So far, over all, I like the very bottom header image the best and the logo at the top looks good.
