dimitri123, yeah I think that kind of works. Can you try with a couple of different night skylines, maybe an illustration?

dseer, they're pretty cool. The top one is better, I think the city's a bit too recognizable though and might be better if it was night time?

jokomamamita, that's quite good but I still don't like the colors, and maybe it looks a bit too formal?

Thanks for the feedback. Here's my another attempt (probably last due to running out of ideas) :

 

dseer, I like that, the top one again. I'm not sure how you'd do it, but there could be a suggestion of a man in there too?

dimitri123, can the woman have long, flowing hair (she looks like she's wearing a hood now), and make her legs sexier, i.e. not wearing pants and flat shoes? It should be quite easy to change for a silhouette. Also I like the middle cityscape best if it had some dots for light here or there. The 3rd one is no good having buildings that terrorists destroyed in it.

jokomamamita, it still looks pretty formal, but it's loads better. I'm not sure what the couple on the left are doing though, it looks like an old man being told off by a woman?

 

Here's something with a couple in it instead of the legs. It makes the banner a little more subtle.
