40,000 page impressions in 200 unique visits

So, I am developing a website and have installed adsense in it. I have just 6 posts in the website and it had just 200 uniques last month.

But, when I looked into the adsense stats, I was shocked to know that the number of page impressions was around 40,000.

I visit my website once or twice everyday {mine is a dynamic ip}

How cud've this happened?



I believe the repeated visits from my ip increased the page impressions. AM i correct?

and if I am correct, will google ban me for having such a huge number of impressions with few contents in it? {i have just 10 clicks and a low CTR}

 

The repeated visit from same ip doesnt a matter if the traffic source is not against adsense TOS.

 

If you are getting that many page impressions then that is a good thing because it means that visitors are reading lots of your site content and staying on the site longer. This is turn may affect adsense earnings in a positive way as they may be likely to click through more. I wouldn't worry Adsense won't ban you for it.

 

That is kinda weird statistics...I would look into it more to figure out whats up.
