    I need 450x550 Image advertisement. This is for an opt-in form. Below the text and image will be an imput form for people to leave name, email & phone. The background image should be white in color. I need to have a pretty women in a bikini in the Image. I would like to have the word FREE in the background somewhere. I would like you to leave enough space on the bottom of the image to import the fields necassary for the opt-in form. The text for the image ad should read the following....

    Also, the color scheme of the website is Red & White.
