    Hi all!

    I would like to sell my blog, how to make money online.
    Site is:
    -4 years old
    -PR3
    -traffic unique visitors 1500/month

    Making money:
    - in a past year with a adsense 22 USD/month
    -selling links on site in past year making 30 USD/ month

    I am selling this site for a fix price: 390 USD
