DP had best get involved in Banning such members
or their rep will suffer as will the
number of sales made here.

I am trying to make sales here ...
but I will be slow to make purchases here
simply because the management
will not protect it's members.

This is the only forum I know of that
will allow a scammer to continue
to take advantage of members!
Assuming that is true.

As was mentioned above, you can
contest the payment to PayPal.
This will freeze up his PayPal
account for 30 days.

The reality is, he probably has
multiple PP accounts and
multiple ID's at DP too.

It's tough to stop someone
that is bent on stealing.

So far I've been lucky with my purchases and sales here but the admin here have to do something to tighten up the scammers thats creaping into the forum.

This is really sad. Its crooks like this that give bad name to the whole community and even the country. I hope you get your money back soon.
