Selling 4 year old WebDirectory | Regular Income without any work | Lot of backlinks | PR 1

Here i am selling one of my bidding web directory which is giving me money without any work.{just by approving links}

This directory have its own template and lot of other webdirectories also using this template by giving backlinks to this directory.
Directory PR is 1 right now and this is going up down. few months ago this directory pr was 3.
Directory giving regular income by just approving links and this will not take more then 1 minute time.


Directory earned total 1022$ since establish.......
Directory earn 183$s in 2011
and Directory earn 59$ in 2012
