Selling 4 Year Old PR2 Q&A Website With Over 2500 Pages and Sophisticated Backend admin

    This is a Q&A site that I had built close to 4 years back. The site started off as a portal to answer the 'Why' questions and has since then moved to become a the 'EzineArticles for Q&A' - i.e. where webmasters with niche sites answer questions related to their niche in order to build backlinks to their site.

    I have not promoted the site at all in the past 3.5 years and the site has still managed to gain pageviews, traffic on its own. I would now like to sell it off so I can clear off my old projects and maybe use the money to invest in new website ideas.

    You can view the realtime traffic by clicking here. I have not tried to monetize the site much. The idea initially was to first build it and then make money once it gets popular. But as I said earlier, I never got time to get the site to promote.

    Regarding "spam", only a few really are and they are cleansed on a periodic basis. As I said earlier, the site serves as an "Ezinearticles for Q&A" where webmasters answer questions relevant to their niche and also earn links doing that.

    I have not based my selling price on the revenues much. Rather, the price is based on the domain age, the PR, a not-so-easy to obtain 2 word domain name, and the effort gone into building a robust Q&A CMS with backend. The Buy-Now price is of course negotiable.
