Selling 4 y. old website

Hi,

I am in the process of selling off my sites.

This domain is over 4 years old.
The domain is fantastic in my opinion. It can be used as a guide to clubbing, partying etc in a number of cities. It can also be used to sell things like club wear, glow sticks etc.

The traffic is minimal now (200-300 uniques per month).

A brief history...
I started the site with a forum allowing people to upload photos, videos etc. It was doing quote well at one point but i moved onto another project and let it slip.
I then decided to open a shop which again did ok, but then again i moved onto another project.
I then re-opened the shop with prestashop and relaunched it. But because of the other projects going on i never really had the time to invest.

So heres your opportunity,
An aged domain,
A GOOD domain,
I will also provide the name of the dropshipper (UK based company but i think they ship abroad).
There is money to be made by running this site, at one point i was earning about £200 a month from the shop - it just wasnt enough to keep me interested for a long time.

Ive set the BIN at $300. I genuinely think that this is a fair price for the site. All you have to do is turn the site back on, check the items are still being sold by the dropshipper and put your paypal details in. You dont even have to add the items to the site.
