It is a trademark (especially with radio in there as well); it is thin ice to try and make money with a company trademark in the domain name.
LOL. I made my edit, while you made your post! Anyway with respect to trademarks, I am confident that I could legally use these domains without legal implication. I have plenty of legal advice (not the free kind dished out on forums)
I'm not going to play forum lawyer, but why are there so many transfers when people use trademarks in domains? http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/decisions/html/2006/d2006-0031.html http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/decisions/2006/d0000-0199.html etc
That happens for two main reasons. 1. The content of the website turns the usage of a particular domain into a trademark violation. 2. The walmart domain owner did not even respond, so of course he lost his domain.
Well there are plenty of examples where they do respond and still lose; typically because it was registered in bad faith or for profit. It doesn't cost anything to respond so I assume most people don't because they know they will lose it. Good luck with whatever you do with them.
All I know is I have never used a domain in bad faith and have never had anyone try to take a domain of mine. Maybe I'm just lucky.
