What is this network?
This site offers free and paid web hosting within the celebrity niche. It includes their own cPanel account and MySQL, PHP, POP, etc, support. Clients are able to sign up using a subdomain of this site, or with their own domain name (if you allow this in the admin panel).

The site uses iPanel account creation software ($100 value) which offers many cool features that will help you run this business. You can offer both free and / or paid hosting with this software.

The Domains
There are several domains that will be included with the sale which includes a very popular user forum. Please PM me for these.

The main domain is PR4 and currently has an Alexa traffic ranking better than 50,000.
This sale includes a collection of almost 2000 accounts using subdomains of the above TLDs or using their own domain. There are also a few paid accounts included.

Hosting/Domain Transfer
We currently host this site on a Pentium 4 3.0GHz HT server. Due to the size of the network... it will be best to host this setup on its own server. Root access will be necessary in order to setup mod_layout which is required to use the forced banner option with the iPanel software. We can also transfer the current server to the successful buyer.

The traffic is all natural. We rank high for some good keywords within this niche and have recieved excellent "word of mouth" from our members.

I have updated the informational page posted at tinyurl.com/dp993161 to address the questions we have been receiving about the sale.

 

I will set the BIN at $1400... which is 10x monthly revenue (which has been established for the past couple years now).

The winner will be able to easily increase revenue by stricter enforcement of the banner policy, adding hosting referrals to spots such as in the user cpanel, resuming new signups to grow the network, and etc.

 

In your Adsense stats it shows lots of different domains, are these all included?

4 of those domains are totally owned. The other 2 showing are owned by someone else. Those 2 sites used to be paid hosting accounts... but we worked out a free deal where they get free hosting in exchange for running our banners.

There are many other (not sure exactly how many) domain owners that use our free hosting which are not included in the stats I have posted. I have a complete list of the 2,000 accounts (some active... some not) I can PM to serious bidders.

The buyer will receive those 4 domains... plus another that we are using for nameservers... plus control of the remaining 2,000 member accounts (some using their own domain... and some using a free subdomain).

I am also willing to work with the buyer (a day, week, or month) by email / messenger / phone (US) to share any knowledge of running this network and maybe get it back on track to where it used to produce $400 per month and have an Alexa ranking of 14 K.
