    A suggestion to the new owner: change the text up a bit (and the layout too?) because google Adsense hates duplicated sites like these and I've known people who have been banned from the program because of it.

    Thanks for your suggestion venturefox,I have spared the new owner for that trouble ,I went ahead and have placed my own custom templates on all sites,these sites are now 100%Unique with same old price.

    The templates are from proxville.com so unless you own that site I don't think you have any permission to exchange "full rights". Just because the owner shares these templates for free with a backlink required doesn't mean he relinquishes overall copyright ownership over them.

    As a matter of fact I used to own that site too and created every single one of that template and as far as these four templates are concerned i redesigned them and the buyer can remove the footer links,also these are not the same templates that are available for free on proxville.com those templates have completely encrypted source code and on those templates i made it very clear that no one is allowed to remove the footer links please have a look at http://www.proxville.com/guides/proxy-templates
