    I am selling banners on my pic rating site (see sig link)

    These will cost $4 per month.

    Banners on rotation every page load so high vis + sitewide.

    The placement is top center so you will get a high ctr.

    Payment paypal subscription on 1 off payment.

    Page rank is 2.

    i couldn't see my banner. i have refreshed 5 times, and am still just seeing an icon stocks banner...

    Do not re-fresh the page just browse as you would.
