I have a 4 LLLL.se domain that gets an average of 458 uniqe visitors per day, have a average CTR of 26,09 % and the average earnings per month is 530 euro.

how much can it be worth?

Very nice! Is it all type-in traffic, or was it a site that used to be owned by someone else?

I would say probably 10x monthly revenue (conservative estimate) 5300 Euros.

Alright, in that case I'd value it at a lower price, simply because I'm assuming over time the number of visitors will decrease. I'd value it at probably around $3000 - 3500 Euros.

What do you mean by "these kinds" of domains, and do you have any statistics to back that up?

Not trying to be controversial, I'm just curious.

i have seen developed sites doing very well at sitepoint also. not sure though

what u can do is start accepting offers so that u are under no obligation to sell. u can decide urself whether the offer is good or not

parking earning decreases every month, so see whether you can sustain the earning. PM me the domain name if you like.
