I recently bought the domain name "tvga.org" for real cheap. It has some backlinks to it already, 8 years old, DMOZ listed, but no PR yet. My thoughts were to build some PR over the next 6 months or so along with the more backlinks of course. My question is do you see this being worth much if the PR gets up to say around a 3 or 4, considering the age, shortness of name, and DMOZ listing? If anyone has a number to throw out there feel free to as well. This is my first time buying a domain with the sole intention to just sell it down the road. As I said it cost me almost nothing so I figured it seemed worth the small risk. Thanks
Short domains have some value because of scarcity. But, as a .ORG, and not being pronounceable, I don't see a lot of value for this one.
