I like Goarticles. I use it as an alternative to Ezinearticles. After Ezinearticles approve the articles, I upload to Goarticles. Since you are making a list of instant approved article directories, I suggest you try Snipsly. It is not really an article directory. It allows you to put Adsense code for revenue sharing. It allows affiliate links as well. Snipsly is PR3 and instant posting. Minimum post length is 3 sentences.
Would you suggest spinning each article and making it different for each directory? Or, do you all post the same articles to all places?
Why would google care? People can write articles or blog all over the net without someone having to approve them. How would google know that the person that approves posts only approves quality posts?

i never try to submit to article directory but now i start to try this out...hope can increase my pagerank
