Selling 4 Established Directories with licenses, PR, rev and traffic

I dont want to but have to part with some of my sites (am also selling a payday site, a poker site, a music site, Mesothelioma cancer site, PHP scripts site, NBA site, travel site, plus others).

This sale is for 4 PHP link directory licensed sites (3 version 4 directories and 1 version 1 photo directory site). I do not think that you can transfer these licenses so I am including my PHP link directory account with it, we just need to change the account details after the sale.

After xmas I increased the payment fees for paid links submissions and featured links, also incoporated articles section where people can provide articles to the site and thus providing free content. The amount of submissions dropped but the increase in value made up for it, the new owner can easily set the price to whatever they think works best for them.

Sale includes free transfer of all domains to any account with the same vendor (2 with godaddy & 2 are with namecheap). I will transfer my full PHP directory link & PHP Photo account to you (change to your name - email - password etc). You will get all files, images, scripts and data that currently makes up the 4 sites as well as you will get extra backups of each database that goes with each site.
