17 views and no appraisal. i really wanted to get these appraised as im planningto buy them from 2 members here on dp.
ALL are copyright infringements. The second anyone uses those domains, Google's little spiders will be all over it like stains on a mattress and you'll get a cease and desist order and technically Google could take the domains away from you and take over ownership. So, technically, they are worth nothing but a liability. Sorry for the bad news.
A useless bunch of domains, save your money and go and buy a coffee or whatever instead of these. All trademarked in one way or another. Not worth a cent, any of them. Please either read my blog on this issue or read this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=1088058&highlight=trademark+domains
Your last comment begs the question, why? What possible good do you think they could they do for you?
hhhahaha .... if u lucky enough, they send u a offer with zero payment, other wise legal action .... try to park your domain and you see the result ...
I actually used to own 3 REALLY good "google" related .com's way back before I realized they were copyright infringements and was able to sell them on ebay for about $400 a pop. I wouldnt count on getting away with that nowadays... and honestly I dont think a term like "googlenew.info" would even be worth that much even if the buyer didnt know they couldnt ever make a site out of it.
its google news.com . make a news site. domains on ebay???!! i'll give it a try . do u think i should buy 1 and test? its just 20$
If you want to have the domain taken from you, or get sued, then go ahead and use a domain with a famous trademark like google in it. Only a fool would waste their time trying something like this - feel free to proceed.
mjewel i know it sounds wierd. but frankly after 3 yrs of web designing things have become boring. i want to try something. i want to try selling google that domain.
Great idea!! Offering to sell a trademark domain to google would give them cause for bad faith and a cybersquatting claim. You can only lose up to $100,000 per domain for that idea.
