4 digit expanded numbers (paypal) Need Help

    Guys i need to activate my paypal and need to enter that 4 digits expanded numbers. Can anyone help me? I can pay for a reasonable price just let me know.

    If you already entered your CC details then check your monthly statement for 4 digits expanded numbers or if you entered vcc details then ask your vcc seller to provide 4 digits expanded numbers.

    PM me if you still not entered any CC or VCC details

    if your using vcc ask the one who
    sold it to you.
