Thanks in advance for your replies. 4 D’s for Drinks Though alcoholic drinks are not a must for our lives and even many a times harmful for us, you don’t want to discontinue your drink habits. You are not the only one who think like this. There is a considerable big number of people, of course including myself also, who have the same idea. Yes I accept I also don’t want to discontinue my drink habits. But remember if we consume alcoholic drinks daily certainly it will affect our health particularly weaken out levers. OK. Then what to do? Naturally your answer will be we can do nothing. But, though my intension is not to prove that you are wrong, I am of the opinion that we still can do something. And what is that something? That something is an idea of ‘4 D’s. You are well aware of that drink start with the letter ‘D’. So out of “4 D’s†first ‘D’ is DRINK. OK! Then second ‘D’ is “DILUTEâ€. Yes always dilute your alcoholic drink by mixing proper amount of soda or water or both of them whichever you prefer. Always remember that don’t consume alcoholic drinks neat or less amount of soda or water. What is the 3rd ‘D’? The third ‘D’ is “DURATIONâ€. Yes, DURATION. Always take some time between your one sip to next sip. Try to make the DURATION period more and more so the brain can absorb the quantity of the drink you have consumed. If the brain absorbs the quantity of drink you consumed it will not command the lever any adverse things. So, never consume alcoholic drinks in only one sip. Now I am excited to know about the 4th ‘D’. OK. Don’t be that much curious. I am just coming to the point. The fourth ‘D’ is “DIGHTâ€. Yes, alcoholic drinks have a quality to dissolve. Generally drinks dissolve the eaten foods but if you don’t eat after drink it tries to dissolve your internal body’s components. So always remember don’t get sleep hungry after taking alcoholic drinks, always have your meals. It’s all about the “4 D’s†gk awadhiya
