4 clicks $0.30

    In the age of recession, i think google has reduced so much of its adsense rates, earlier i used to earn about $1-2 in 4 clicks, and now it has only given $0.30.... :D

    this is for the technology keywords on my blog stated in the signature...

    people are not bidding high amount on word due to ongoing recession . that's way you are earning little bit low

    Agreed, I just started using adsense again and I remember it being much more lucrative before. =(

    I don't think this is caused (just) by the recession. I would look into the possibility of an advertiser that used to advertise on your site having stopped. Also Google is continually changing their technology and ad platform. Did something relevant change that impacted you? Perhaps when Google pulled video ads a month or so ago?

    I sure hope it will turn around soon. Although i have seen a pretty level set of earnings the last 2 months.

    According to google finance report, now the publisher revenue is drop to about 73% compare to beginning of year 2008 which is 78%

    yep I've noticed that revenues are down too. That doesn't mean to say that there aren't still good niches out there and my advice is to be flexible and respond to the new niches that are developing.
