I don't understand flash game sites. Did the webmaster made (programmed) all the games or are they copyrighted material and just posted it on their site? Is that stealing content?
Also these sites that make these games encourage people to use them. Because 9/10 games have a link on the game that links to the game creators site. And people actually click them.
Hey, I haven't seen the movie yet (although I should go download that now, it's good then?), but what do you mean you clicked on your firefox plugin? Is there a firefox plugin for adsense to show your current balance or something? I suppose I could just go check it out instead of posting here, but I'll go do that and if I'm wrong then let me know what you mean k? Tak!
A $4 click probably means you got an ad just as a few advertisers refilled their AdWords programs, and you probably had enough bids on who-knows-what keywords that a big paying ad won the bid. Very nice. Don't expect it often, though, as those ads and that bidding tends to flush out very fast. For those hoping to mimic the site to get a click like that, don't even bother. I've had friends try the gaming sites and most were lucky to get 2 cent clicks (usually the big gaming site buying ads to drive traffic to their better paying ads). $4 is awesome, though, congrats! Keep updating the site and working on your ad placement and relevancy and you'll be amazed that time and effort over the long run will get you more and more great paying advertisers.
Just search google for "free arcade games". There's plenty of site that will let you download free games to put on your own sites.
