    Well I think this is due to low paying ads on your site. This is not good rate for anyone but have to earned small penny if you are new user.

    Try reducing the amount of ads on the site, just to see how much you CAN get in your niche.

    That's not too good, not too bad either. I say try to get an average of 0.10 to 0.15
