I'm selling 4 microniche sites I created. I totally forgot about these sites and forgot to put adsense on them! I also didn't track any stats. As you can see, I have many projects going on, and these have been neglected. So my loss is your gain.

If you do a quick search, you can see that some of these sites are in fact ranking on page 2-3. Just a little SEO will get these to the first page.

Bonus for BIN: I'll add another website with a great domain and great searches/CPC. I'll also write 2 unique articles for any of your websites.

Not sure what you mean when you're saying the domain is banned? they are not.

 

Adsense will ban your account for such sites. I say this from my own experience. i had few sites like this giving me good profits for few month(even template almost the same- i think you made them from xfactor manual ).
