I was changing layout of my website and trying to find best position for adsense ads. I was commenting some HTML table (with adsense ad code inside) with comment tag <!-- -->
I didn’t notice that HTML source code had 4 google ads (it looks that browser is trying to render ads inside comment tag), because webpage was still showing 3 ads.
What to do now? Is it good idea to send a mail to adsense support team and explain them a problem? Help me please. i dont wanna get a ban. :(

No, it won't matter. Just don't keep 4 ads on there, remove the 4th unit. Initially it will just stop displaying ads for the the last unit.
