    I bought this site a few years ago and it has been earning me a passive income. Now the time has come for me to sell many of my sites as I am trying to consolidate my portfolio and raise some capital towards buying a family home as well as an IVF treatment for my wife.

    I have never paid for any advertising, I have never bought traffic nor paid for links or seo. I bought the site and left it to its own devices.

    A few months ago we moved all our servers to a new provider. My server admin installed nginx and it conflicted with awstats, hence the 'missing' stats. You can see from the Adsense screenshots, the earnings of this site.

    Site is on cPanel, I will give you access for 7 working days after sale date.
