    I am selling my somewhat new recipe site - lentilrecipe*com - All recipes are original, written by myself and a family member. We actually cooked them and they were all delicious. Uses a recipe SEO assist plugin to help get indexed by the Google recipe searches. Best SEO practices put in place already, this is a recipe niche site ready to go and promote. Heavily modified wordpress theme with unique logo and layout. Aged domain with a strong PR3 backlink. This is a great niche to get into with a head start.

    Global Monthly Searches: 4,400
    USA CPC: $1.87

    Fairly new so assume no traffic and revenue. Has had a few search hits organic and from images but nothing big. 1 or 2 clicks from adsense since launching for < $2.
