[4/19] Chitika Reports Unreasonably Low

Hello,

Many people have noticed that their ads from yesterday (4/18) are extremely low, if showing anything at all.

For instance, I usually have about 30-40 dollars each day while today I have 5k impressions and 0 clicks, $0.00. I assume that it is just lag in their system -- let's wait and see what happens.

Anybody else experiencing these issues?

I experienced the same thing. Mine is usually in the 20 range and it dropped down to 2. I really hope its not going to be like this for the following days too...

 

This is insanity...

I demand an explanation at once...

 

Same here... no earnings up for April 19 and April 18 showing (0 Clicks)!

Usually it's at about $200+ when I look at my account at a daily basis, so this is quite a shock for me.

Chitika, please tell us what happened.

I contacted the support and marked the message as high critical. No response yet, though.

 

Same here -- no response after 2 days on critical...

This is happening to about everyone, people are saying that they'll probably fix it tomorrow since it's a business day. God, I can only hope....

this DID happen last month on the 18th but was fixed on March 19th (but march 19th wasn't Sunday) so let's just keep our fingers crossed. Your earnings should revert back to what they REALLY are tomorrow... if we keep our fingers crossed!

I have had 5,221 impressions yesterday and NOT ONE SINGLE CLICK!

Needless to say, I have removed Chitika from my sites.

 

If lot of ppl experiencing same then there might be system lag... don't worry.

Anyway: Yesterday Statistics (20th april) are showing up, but April 19 and April 18 are still zero clicks. I haven't received an answer of my account manager yet, which I find unacceptable as well.

However, the amount of money that I earn with them is far too high, to ever even think about stopping to work with them.

Well if it continues for another day, I sincerely doubt it will be fixed for a while, so I'm probably going to switch to something else. I'm not sure what kind of joke of customer service they're running here where its been like this for days and they haven't even replied to anyone's emails. But its really ridiculous.

 

Wow -- 2 clicks yesterday from the normal 200... fixed, eh!?

Not sure what kind of crap they're pulling but they need to get with the program or I'm not going to use them anymore...

Usually I make 40 a day, on the 20th I made 44 cents, 4 cents on the 19th, and 0 cents on the 18th.

Someone put an end to my misery

 

i usually earn a good 15 dollars daily. for the past 2 days a grand total of 0!

The reporting tool is stating that they are currently re-running the logs and data shold be updated soon.

 

Hey everybody - sorry for the delayed response on this.

As many of you have noticed, we had a major error in our reporting system this weekend.

The data from 4/18, 4/19, and 4/20 was incorrect, and we are now re-running our logs with the fix in place. We will post each day's stats in order as they finish, and we hope to have the reports fully updated and back to normal within 24 hours.

4/18/2008 has been updated. Stats appear to be within expectation for the day of week.

 

Guess again -- 0.00 for the 18th, they owe me 100 dollars at the very least if they can't get my real stats.
