    Is co-op ad network works 3way?

    e.g. I put ads on 1 site and get ads for the 2nd site.

    If yes, how to do that.

    Yes you can advertise any site but he's asking (and I'm also wondering) if you can use your weight generated with one site for a site that does not have ads on it.

    Yes, you can use your weight to advertise any site (beside porn, warez...) - even if that site does not have ads on it :)
