3rd position among 2.5M pages. but stil very few visitors

    hi guys
    one of my websites page is highly optimized for "Wrinkle Reviews" keyword. and i come on 3rd or 4th on the first page.
    http://www.google.com/search?q=wrinkle+reviews
    among 2.5 million pages. i checked on google adwords keyword tool "wrinkle reviews" is searched by 27,000 people per month. but the sad thing is that even after reaching on top, i'm still not getting enough traffic. i only get 4 or 5 visitor per day...
    can anybody tell me what i'm doing wrong? or ideas to improve the number of visitors?

    try looking at the 'Goolge Keyword Tool' for the keywords you are running.

    Do you use Google Analytics or any other tools to see how those visitors are finding your site and their location?

    i hd this with site where I did not focus on enough keywords and exhausted the searches avaliable.

    How may keywords are you using, the more you use efffectivley google MUST respond by giving you more traffic,

    Try using google keyword tools but using exact match, this is very important to know how many searchs there are per month... best

    maybe this therm is not so much searched because, searching "wrinkle reviews" (with quotes) returns 8,210 results for me.
    Also, searching for it on Google Keyword Tool + setting the "Match Type" option to "Exact" returns only 260 searches for August while "wrinkle cream reviews" return 2900 searches

    guys i believe i'm screwed. i've been doing optimization for the wrong keywords.. i never changed google keyword tools Match type. i've always put match type on "broad".
    can anyone tel me whats the difference between "broad" and "phrase"??
    and guys please tell what can i do to make this mistake right.. all my months work is now meaningless.. :(

    OK. 27000 searches are made for this keyword. FINE.

    27000/30 = 900 searches per day.

    You're actually 4th for this keyword.

    And to my opinion 4th position doesn't mean you will get 900 people coming to your website per day. 4th position will be around 1-5 % of the traffic. So when you say you get 4-5 visits per day then this is fair. Those who are top (number 1 in Google) do not get 100% of the traffic per day but around 40-50%.

    Just my opinion.
