I have been developing sites for a couple years and have always used google analytics & google webmaster.

however i have started a new-large budget site and do not want any 3rd parties code in my site.

do i stand losing search engine ranking status or being lower on the results page because i do not use there services?

I have never heard about any negative SEO impact due non-using the Google analytics. Another question is why you don't want to use their code on your website? Even though this services is free, it is one of the best.

There are no direct impact of using any search engine tool like google analytics or google webmaster tool on a website's ranking but you can improve your ranking when you have the statictics that they provide and do the optimization according. They just help in analyzing your website while optimizing it for the search engine.

Google analytic and webmasters tool are helpful in optimizing any site. they provide extra option to inform google that our site exists. you can get great help from these tool to maintain and enhance your site. you will only be in trouble if you are doing any kind of work which is prohibited under there guidelines as they have better control. but there is no proof that google use it's analytic in that way.

im just worried about a major corp having basically complete access to my visitors information. google will change a service an automatically enroll you, i.e. "buzz" and some policies of google im not a fan of. this is the same reason i do not use gmail for my business email

I completely agree. There is no such disadvantage of not using any Google service, but if you use same, you can get some recommendations from Google to rank better.
