3rd party AdSense ads on my blog for commission

    Today I got an email saying I got declined with AdSense and this is the third time they have refused my site for no specific reason so I don't really know what's wrong with my site.

    I need to know how would the system of borrowing the AdSense code work. I'd like to ask someone to put his AdSense ads on my site for a commission of say 10% or 20%. Is there a way I can see my site's AdSense information or you can't split info for multiple sites? Do you got any suggestions?

    If your site was refused then any account you use there will probably be banned

    Why? My site wasn't banned, it was just refused. Why would that cause other accounts to get banned?

    If your site was refused it means it should have something against TOS i think
