I have posted about this issue in the WHT community, and I want to post it here as well to inform the DP community about these thieves.

3rabserver.com and pdqhost.com have ripped off our design and website content.

    Our sites:
    http://hostingcapital.com/
    http://hostmid.com/
    http://www.hostmid.com/clients/

    Rippers sites:
    http://www.3rabserver.com/index.php?systpl=12
    http://pdqhost.com/index.html

While 3rabserver.com ripped off our client area design, pdqhost.com ripped off the design, and content.

You know this is the worse thing what it happen to me too. The good thing that their websites shut down within 2 hours, so what i recommend you to do is:
    1. Contact they DC and ask them to contact them asap to remover their design;
    2. Give a call with your lawyer and I guess if your lawyer is clever enough he would know what to tell to them ;)

How did they obtain your design? I mean, is your design unique and exclusive? There have been many "design rip-off" complaints but in fact most of them are actually using a design which is not unique, e.g. The design is being sold at somewhere rightfully.

That's true, but when you look at the source code for the sites Midhosts is well formatted while PDQ is very badly formed. The source code for PDQ looks likes it's been created by a badly written site ripper and then some basic changes made to the URLs (no indentation, capitalized HTML..just of bit of a mess). If they were both from the same template you'd expect PDQ's source to be similar. I'd say it was a very clear and very poor rip-off although it looks exactly that same on the surface.

The design is unique, and I have full rights for it, and I did not authorize the use of it by anyone. They obtained the design from the portfolio of the coder who has integrated the design into WHMCS.

The hosting provider of 3rabserver.com has cooperated, and removed our design as well as other designs which were stolen by 3rabserver.com, more info can be found in these threads:

    http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=976042
    http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?t=982683

3rabserver.com is a well known thief in WHT.

As for pdqhost.com who stole not only the design, but also the whole contents of the site, the proof can be clearly seen by these images:

Well that is not good. When you contact such web hosting companies they always become patient about questions about their content.

It's not about this it's just I recommended him to contact DC where that web hosting service is based, so it will be quicker response from the, DC actually do not care what content have their clients, but what is for sure that they do not want to be involved in those things that is why all the things always sorts out much quicker...

Good to hear that you solved the problem . I usually resolve such things trough the host . If they don't respond in 120 hours then I go for the hosts ISP . If the ISP doesn't respond in 120 hours then it's full war .

In one case i had to track some idiot running a rouge host on a rouge connection . The idiot forgot that I'm only 300 miles away from him .

I remember when I faced such a problems I contacted straight to DC and I have sorted the problems within 3 hours, but one time I have about 5 day issue, but in that case I got my lawyer to call the and everything as sorted...You see some of the people think that they are very clever, but as one philosopher said: "The biggest mistake for people to think that they are always right..." :)
