Selling $3k a month in adsense revenues...need to sale fast so great price.

I have a site that has been making a steady $3k a month from adsense and last month made over $5k. The site is part blog and directory listing and is getting about 4k to 5k visitors (GA verified) and about 12k page views per month. This is a very high paying niche. The site has a few good rankings in the serps but most if not all of the profitable traffic is coming from email marketing which I will continue to provide the emailing services for up to one year. The average time the visitors stay on the site is over 2 minutes so the marketing is effective and low cost considering the return on investment.

The site is about eight months old and has had good revenues for the past five months or so and the traffic has been steady that long as well. I will only reveal the marketing method (who we are mailing to) to the new owner for obvious reasons. Please on PM me for the URL if you can afford the site so neither of us waste any time.

Asking price outright is $22k or I will sell 75% ownership for $14k and I will continue our current marketing plan and you can do the normal SEO. All income can be verified and so can the traffic.

 

Is the email marketing done to a list that was develop through members who signed up to the site or is it an email list that you developed elsewhere?

 

The list is a targeted list that was purchased from a database broker.

 

Does the list come with the site after 1 year? You say you will continue to provide the service, meaning you will write the emails for us for a year?

 

Yes the list is actually install as a mysql database on the site. The emails are automated but since I already have it set up on my server it would be less work for me to just keep sending the emails than to transfer it all over to someone else's server.

Yes the list will transfer, I am only sending 400 emails a day so I do not use aweber. I will PM you the info but I will need your email if you wanted added to the GA.
