Buying 3D Rendering of a Box

I have the design of a box, need someone to take all the pieces (front, top & sides) and make a , and make a box out of it.

Instructions:
1. I need you to send me a price (submit a bid & turnaround time).
2. Payment upon delivery and is processed via Paypal.
3. If you have samples of 3Dboxes you have done, please show me.
4. I will not necessarily pick the cheapest one.
