    I am thinking about selling this site I made 3 years ago. I have kept at improving it every now and again but time is an issue with me, I just don't have enough time like I used to. The site is continually growing and would grow even bigger if marketing was done. I have never marketed the site or anything, it just got this big because of word of mouth. I never expected it to get this big, but so be it, I am not complaining.

    Description: Resource and community site for 3D developers. We provide tutorials, help and blueprints. Blueprints are used by a lot of people to accurately design a car in 3D. The people who designed the cars for the Xbox game, Project Gotham Racing 2 used the resources on the site when developing the game. The site is pretty much all forum based, but I made a front page so i could keep people updated with news and announcements.

    700-1400 uniques visits a day from all over the world, most of which are from the US, EU, and UK.
