Hello guys! I'm promoting lots of USA CPALead offers using my Twitter which I have lots of US members, and I have 394 clicks as of now but still zero leads. Is there something wrong with what I promote? What do I need to improve my campaign? Thanks!

At least I know what would be your opinions on marketing CPALead offers on Twitter. I noticed that I lost followers already, and I decided to delete the CPA offers that I have tweeted. Even Facebook I think won't work. It's pretty challenging for me, as internet marketing and being an affiliate is too difficult to handle.
cpalead is an incentive network. what incentive can you offer on twitter? use cpalead with ppc thats how you can earn $60k+ a month
do you know your audience? Most people won't fill out cpa leads, you need to find a good source of happy go lucky/ dumb people. Youtube traffic has been great for me.
no silly. a person needs a really good reason to fill out ur survey. for example: getting a free car. The problem with twitter is that twitter isn't a site that interacts with people. a twiter user will partisipate by sharing a 3 second opionion with their followers. but not a 3 minute survey for some anyonomous person unless they can REALLY GET A FREE CAR. (that's the incentive) A cpa lead website is not about building up a reputation and relationship with people. it's about convincing them to fill out a survey by bribing them with something they want.
