39% CTR Help!

I have got a really low click through rate, 0.39%. Can you please review my blog and tell me what I am doing wrong.

You can put skyscraper on the right side..but I don't think 39% is less..

The title lead me to a feeling that u are click bombed:d but the reality is quite diff
you need to give a try to 336 rectangle format..

 

Where would you place the 336 rectangle format?

 

Well, you have placed a simple banner at the top and bottom which is not even apparent and hence the low CTR..

Try placing the adsense in the most popular posts of yours?

Where is ur traffic from? If you are getting traffic from social bookmarking sites, then u will have really low CTR

Maybe you can try to replace your 460 ad with two 250x250 on below the title and above the content.

I don't know how to place adverts bellow only the top title. I could make it so that the adverts show bellow every title, but you are only allowed 3 adsense boxes per page. Does anyone know how to do this with wordpress?

i know how to do this. i have made a little function for myself
it runs in index.php and archive.php

i have used a $count system,
show ads, if $count is <3

but i'll suggest use one 336 or 250 unit, its enough float it to left

seems like you have remove adsense ads. didn't see any adsense ads.

 

Yes this post is a few days old now. He may be looking into a new approach.

 

its so interesting to see someone with an "SEO-linkbuilding" blog but they have no clue about ads.....isn't that part of good SEO?

google adds have nothing to do with link building and seo. if your trying to look down on some one then maybe you should think before you type.

 

To get more ctr,you should follow the google's placement strategy.

 

It's against Ad Sense TOS to share your CTR.

 

which blog of yours got this low ctr? maybe tell us the site and we can give some comment of ads placement.
