    If they truly are opt ins... do we get ongoing updates of when they opt out to update our lists?

    What kind of people? Maybe tell the type of website they come from. How many copies going to be sold?

    they are opt in lists from around 5 sites i used to have,

    if you upload the lists to phpmail (avalible in cpanel) you give the have the option of people opting in and out aswell as them confiriming there place within the list, im only looking to sell around 5-10 copies of this, its a one off purchase no upgrades as once you have the list you can get the signups to opt in/out as they please
