38 Niche Article sites along with Article Site Manager v2.0 Script and Hosting!

First let me applogize for what will surely be one of the longest sales ads ever posted here but it's all important!

I'm back with another round of great article sites that run on my Article Site Manager script. These are running version 2.0 of my script which is packed with new features! First a bit about the sites:

1. They are anywhere from 3 to 6 months old

2. They come complete with a free set of articles to get you started, all geared towards their specific niche. There is one MAJOR difference with all of our articles. Each and every article has been gone through by a coded and all the crap HTML, poor coding and junk have been removed.

3. They all include free hosting at www.dcdhosting.com until April 2007, after that hosting is $40 per year. If you wish to move the sites to your own hosting that is fine. To run these on your server you will need: PHP 4 or better (5 prefered), MySQL version 4.1 or better, Apache mod_rewrite enabled and Ioncubeloader installed. If you want me to install these on your server I require a $25 per site installion fee (sorry it takes time away from my other work)

4. All domains are registered at Namecheap so it's a free push

5. They all include a free lifetime upgrades to the software

6. They all include a free life time membership to our new tracker, trackability.net

Traffic Stats:

Because we have only just got the tracker fully functional last week stats for all the sites are hard to do. Before that they really had no trackers running on them. I can at request get you the stats that are available since we installed the new tracker on them.

I honestly cant believe no one sees the value in these sites! But hey I'll play along ....... so for today ONLY (Weds) I'm dropping the BIN on all the sites to $150 ... any one of them. Because of this I'll also have to stop the 10% discount for buying more than one though!

 

These look great. Could be good money earners. But unfortunately "potential" is a much harder sell than showing actual incom. And if going by income, none of them look to be earning enough to justify even close to the price.

These would probably sell much better closer to $30-50 a site, but even then may be hard without the real income.

Not saying they aren't worth the actual asking price but odd are you will have a hard time selling them at that. I would love to have a few of them but just can't justify spending that much without some kind of return.

People who are only looking at the site are missing a MAJOR point here! You are getting an amazing backend application that costs $99 without any articles, domain or traffic. You are also getting 6 months of hosting AND a lifetime membership to our new tracker that will probably sell at about $50 a year once we start marketing it. ...... add those up and you have more than what Im asking for these sites WITH a domain, indexes, traffic and articles that have been cleaned up of all the CRAP html you normally find in them.

I would honestly grab the deal if I could afford it. Sadly, my "budget" doesn't support my eagerness yet lol.

Have you manually added the articles or through an automated software?

 

I'm interested in some of these, what is the status? Are they All still available? What is the BIN now?

Also, I would like to use this script for my own niche, do I need to buy a copy of the script separately for that? If so how much is the script?
