It depends on the traffic actually if you have US traffic and Rich content you can reach that amount per click easily

I agree everything need traffic, and how much you earn per click depends on the niche your in. Cause google ads usually display ads that are related to your content.

Your niche is quite important. While some niche, a click can earn $5 , in some it may earn a meagre 50 cents
