Selling $375/month - Affiliate Website Network

I have a website network, 18 websites in all, that are totally automated and earn money through the Tradebit.com Affiliate Program. Payments are made weekly by PayPal (mass pay so there are no fees!). Additional earnings come from Google Adsense which gives me an average monthly income of $375 with very little work.

Earnings
Here is a breakdown of each months earnings for the past 6 full months and this month.

The highest earnings are in summer months. The highest was: 2011 August $631.69

Why Selling? I am selling because I need money now for school.

Automation
The automation scripts are included in the sale. These scripts run regularly to update listings and remove old ads. It's all very easy to manage.

Buyer
I am only accepting buyers with excellent feedback. I reserve the right to remove bids.

Payment will be through PayPal. The domains are .com, .net, and some .info and are registered with namecheap, enom, and godaddy. Free push (or the buyer can pay to have them transferred to a single registrar).

Transfer
I will setup these sites for free if they are all done on the same cPanel server. If not, the buyer must handle the transfer. I recommend HostGator. Crons are needed for the automation.
