You will find with any directory submission service their report will say submitted successfully, because the details were successfully sent to that specific directory. explained in my reports tell you that submitted successfully means that your info was successfully sent to that directory. Nowhere on my report implys that submitted successfully means that your link is immediately live in the directory, which is what your implying!!!

I think this has gone far enough, unless you have physical proof of your claims, stop with your ludicrous accusations and get on with your day!

Here's the part you might want to pay attention to:

Just because it says "Submitted Successfully" doesn't mean that your link was added to the directory. All it means is that the directory received your submission. Directories can take several months to actually approve/deny your link...

Ok, this guy scam me. i have paid him $313 for my websites to submit directories. its was 5 weeks ago. He claimed he have done all job, and sent me report. when i have check and could not find any of sites listed, or any confirmation email, i asked him what happned, he goes wait few weeks and it you will see results.
however, i have waited 5 weeks, now have check again, and nothing& when i check those directory he claime dhe submitted, i could not find one single site of mine!!!!
i emailed him, i want re-fund. now he is not answering its been 2 weeks.
hmm strange. he also got banned from here. i have put 4 transcation dispute in paypal, which is $100 amount.
im not sure, how i will get back $300 from this guy. i'm really disappointed.

Yes....Yfcadmin you are right this is really not good somebody on DP is doing such things....I really feel sorry.....imteaz was one of my first customer in my trial run and I also had a grt dealing with him.. http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=249213 ..when I started my services for manual submissions...I too feel sorry for imteaz....I also Pmed to imteaz......swiftmed must refund the amount what imteaz paid to him and must apologies for this...i feel..

 

just a quick question, i have put dispute file, so what are the chances that i will get money back? first time doing paypal dispute file.
i have filed for $100. sould i go ahead for rest of $200? or wait for seller respond, even though its been 2 weeks no reposnd.

 

Dude just file both of the cases. As the send doesnt have any physical receipt of delivery so according to paypal buyer's protection you have good amount chances of winning.

Remember to tell paypal that you havnt received the service you ordered. And that the guy is not responding to you.

 

Just to let you guys know that he scams people in all aspects of his work. I bought a web site design from him from my gaming site and was impressed with the site that I recieved I paid £80 for it which is roughly $150 3 weeks later I found the exact same template on clantemplates that had been there since 2004 for sale at just £30 when I told him about it he went wierd and start saying that they had ripped my site Hard to believe considering it was an unadvertised, undeveloped site.

I asked for a refund and Andy refused, filed and paypal despute but they said I had recieved the work and they were not respsonsible for the quality of digital products and therefore would not refund me. I have now informed clantemplates about Andy selling their products illegally and ripping off their work so they are now investigating it a bit more.

 

Look what paypal emailed me today:

We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account. As stated in the PayPal User Agreement, recovery of funds associated with a Buyer Complaint cannot be guaranteed.

Does it mean, i will not get $300 back?
man, this is really pissing me off now.
is there anymore action i can take?
i just want money back thats all. if anyone know any way, pls help me.

 

Sorry to hear that imteaz. From what Paypal has emailed you, I think there is only a slight chance that you'll recover your funds. Anyway try to call Paypal and present again your concern.

i have called paypal, they cant do anything about it.

i have pmed swiftmed 5 times in sitepoint after 3 weeks he answer me back today.

also He never responded in paypal, when i have dispute him. and his both account got forzen.

 

This is really dumb on paypal side ... Also swiftMed is a jerk. Talking the way he did to u is no good. He has good number of posts and iTrader on digitalpoint ... I am sure that he'll return back to digitalpoint... But for the meantime its fu*king stupid.
