Contest 36 USD Sapphiro Mint (coin) image design contest 7 days.

Hi all,

A lot of cryptocurrency stuff going on right now. I'm looking to create my own non-blockchain digital currency called "Sapphiro Mint" or "Sapphiro Coin" (TBC). Need a design for it.


This is my actual brand's logo.

I need a coin version. Here are some samples:

"Sapphiro Mint" requirements:

1. Only the "meteor rock" logo should be at the center of the coin, I don't need the "Sapphiro" word in the middle of the coin but around the coin. "Sapphiro Mint".

2. My coin should be called "Sapphiro Mint".

3. Sapphiro Mint should be 2 or 3 colors. Blue will be the primary, and some silver, some gold Can take a little bit of reference from the Singapore $1 coin that is in 2 colors.

If 3 colors is not possible, then Sapphiro Mint should be either sky blue (#8AC0F2) + Gold, or sky blue (#8AC0F2) + silver.

4. If the coin is to have edges/corners as part of the design, please make sure there are exactly 8 corners, not 9, not 10.

5. Official font for "Sapphiro" in my Sapphiro Mint logo is "texgyreadventor_bold"

6. Designs can be in vector, or 3D. Please feel free to add metallic shine or metallic reflection if need be to make the design look more like a respectable currency.

7. No denomination of numbers e.g. ($1.) etc, don't need. I only need a coin with my meteor rock logo, and "Sapphiro Mint" (1x or 2x) around the coin. The coin can have a protruding outer layer, and/or 8 corners etc.

8. I added two files at https://www.sapphiro.com/temporary/ . One is the vector file for my meteor rock logo (don't include my logo TM symbol in the coin design). And the other is just a .ico version of it with a gray border which I quite like it. The vector file is for you to work on this coin while the .ico file is just for you to take a look.

9. The outer most shape of the coin, can be an exact circle, or a circle with 100s of frictions like a real $1 coin, or if you're more adventurous, it can also take the shape of my 8 corners meteo rock, but then again the center of the coin should be the meteor rock logo again. For you to decide.

#10 (highly optional): If you're daring enough and think other ways can be better than my requirements above, feel free to explore concept of a b) currency note with Sapphiro Mint or in shape of c) gold bullion, or shape of d) ancient china gold tael, or in the shape of e) "1 gram rectangle gold bar"

I generally like the shape of the rock in the middle but not the outer layer

Is this done in 3D? It's quite good, but looking too flat on the surface. Need some embossy stuff to look more like a proper coin

I think there is no 3D designs here, making 3D is very difficult for us and the price range is $60-$100. Designers please correct me if i'm wrong. Thank you
