Couple of questions. Do you need this coded or uncoded? You only mention 3 links for the flash nav. but you say you also need a horizontal nav., what are those links? Do you have any content for the site? Or should we use the exact same as MarkMonitor, ie. News, events, whitepapers, solutions, etc..?
I don't know what excacly You mean coded/uncoded :d If You think about php/html code I'll create it myself .. From YOu just need sliced design horizontal menu can be in psd.. and I'll put a links what I need in future I don't have ready content now pls use examples I'll change it after all BTW my own text in flash menu I'll set up in .fla files after all Regards

Do you have any texts you want to be put on flash ?? I mean describing each section (home, contact, portfolio)
