$350 Design and code website via paypal

    ok i want www.onlinebingowebsites.com totally redesigned with text and css and html compliant.
    I want the header to look simalar to www.bigballsbingo.com

    the text should contain Keywords: Bingo,online bingo,online bingo websites,bingo websites, best bingo sites, bingo bonuses, and free bingo money. use the same banners that is on homepage now. make alt tags and a sitemap. i want all the pages thats on the websites menu now and i want the topsites and forum to look like the rest of site. Winner will be Paid $350 via paypal once i can see the full site.

    PLEASE NO SCAMMERS BEEN SCAMMED TWICE ALREADY :-(
