Contest $35 Property Management Logo Design - 36 Hours!!

Need a logo created for the company name of Property Management Experts. The company manages both commercial and residential real estate. The contest will last for 36 hours. Winner will be awarded $35. Please refrain from stock images that are seen everywhere. Looking for something original. I like the colors of blue and green, but am open to fresh ideas. Logo will be used on everything though, so must look good as just black too.

Many of the designs are nice.

Feedback is that if using two line wording..... "Property Management" should be on the same line and the word "Experts" be seperate. If the design suits all words can be on seperate lines. Regardless though the words "Property Management Experts" should be of the same size.

I do like the lines on either side of the word "Experts". Lines are not mandatory, but I do like the idea drawing some attention to the the word "Experts" and filling the gaps on either side when using two lines. I do not mind if the word "Experts" is of a different color than the words "Property Management".

Lots of great ideas here. Hope the feedback helps. Excited to see what else is out there! Keep in mind keys, houses and larger buildings all fit the theme for the logo.
